Anna Babaeva was presented the first video from series "Yorkshire terrier" on show "Eurasia-2001". Here you can find a story about breed, care and maintenance advices and many more about Yorkies. Duration of the video is 45 min. You can find it in pet shops and on shows.

Appeared on sale the illustrated review about breed "Special Yorkie". In this book, alongside with simply nice dogs, presented some known dogs, winning at big shows. The book is issued by the magnificent photographer and publisher Alexey Kalashnikov.

Today at the session of RKF the decision is accepted to suspend till April all activity of National Club "Yorkshire terrier" , except reception of the new members. In April the question of existence National Club and its management will be finally considered.

The report meeting of the National Club "Yorkshire terrier" is taken place on December, 23. Election of club's president are assigned on January, 2001. In this connection, we spend voting on the main page.

Since January 1, 2001 Finland has prohibited to exhibit dogs with docked tails and ears, even if they permanently live outside Finland. So, Russian yorkie will be not possible to receive "Champion of Finland" title.

RKF begin seriously to pay attention that some experts expose someone else's dogs. Let's remind: the expert can show a dog, which belongs to him, to the members of his family or is for him in an ownership (rent). (item 3.2 "POSITION OF RKF ABOUT THE EXPERTS" from 05/10/2000)

Since 2001 for obtaining a title "Russian Champion" will be necessary to receive 4 CAC, and one of them should be obtained at CACIB show, or 6 CAC at CAC shows. Time between obtaining of first and last certificate now can be less than 1 year.
